Meg’s Vlog: Building Resilience Part 6

Watch the final piece of my six-part series where we sum up the Mini Mindful Break (‘MMB’) Challenge. Did you miss the fifth video? Catch up here!

One thing this Covid-19 lockdown has taught us is that now more than ever we need to dig deep to stay strong. Mini Mindful Breaks can help us build resilience and face life’s challenges head-on, even in the toughest moments. So, by building these small but powerful steps into your day…you can build the habit of mindfulness.

Strengthening our mindfulness muscle and bolstering our resilience is like a mental push up. Ask yourself the question: What Am I Doing for My Mind Today? Sure, we may still feel stressed or anxious or overwhelmed but with these tools for resilience, we can make sure we don’t stay down for so long!

I challenge you to take on the MMB for two weeks and see if you notice a difference in your mental and emotional wellbeing. If you see a positive shift, make it part of your daily routine!

Try my strategy and let me know on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram if it’s working for you.
