Meg’s Vlog: Building Resilience Part 5

Watch the fifth video of my six-part series where I teach you how to build resilience and face life’s challenges head-on. Did you miss the fourth video? Catch up here!

Part five is designed to get you to focus on the one moment during your day that lifted you up and made you feel positive. It could be a conversation with a friend or a chance encounter with someone that brought a smile to your face. Try to lengthen that one moment to keep those positive neurons firing because when they are firing, they are rewiring! This reinforces those positive neural pathways and is a method that has actually proven effective in helping people cope with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

So, let’s all look out for moments in our day that lift us up!

Try my strategy and let me know on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram if it’s working for you.

Stay tuned for part six!
